Our full range of Thermal Analyzers provide flexibility with a wide range of operating temperatures. Our instruments consists of DSC, PDSC, DTA, TGA, TMA and STA Analyzers with temperature ranges from -125C to 1500C. Our advanced Infinity Pro Windows software provides easy operation while offering advanced analysis features.
ISI is the only company that can offer advanced upgrade systems for your existing Thermal Analyzer. We have been providing upgrade systems since 1991 for TA Instruments (DuPont), Perkin Elmer, Mettler, Netzsch, Rheometrics (Omnitherm & PL), Setaram and many others. All upgrade systems use the same advanced Windows software as our new analyzers. These systems can transform your existing module into a high performance instrument at a fraction of the cost for full replacement. Also we provide full service and support for all existing analyzers.
In addition to new Instruments and Upgrades ISI offers a wide range of quality parts and supplies for existing thermal analysis equipment. From DSC Pans to Quartz Work we provide it all! We pride ourselves with outstanding quality and reasonable prices.
Instrument Specialists Incorporated Warranty Policy
Instrument Specialists Incorporated warrants that all instruments and upgrade systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. All warranted items are covered provided that the defects developed under normal and proper determined by Instrument Specialists Incorporated after inspection. All operating supplies as by their nature are NOT intended to be covered under this warranty period. These warranties shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care by the user.
Instrument Specialists Incorporated at its option; will repair the product by means of telephone support, depot service or on site service at no charge for parts or labor. Service is available in the United States and Canada directly from Instrument Specialists Incorporated. Outside the US and Canada service may be supplied by an authorized representative or by an OEM if this applies.
All consumable supplies are warranted against defects if unused and Instrument Specialists Incorporated is notified within 30 days of receipt. All new and rebuilt furnaces and cells are warranted for 90 days. All service repairs and parts are warranted for 90 days.
