Two preventive maintenance visits per year scheduled at 6-month intervals. This visit consists of the following:

• Clean and inspect all mechanical assemblies, electrical contacts and sample area.
• Perform all electrical adjustments and calibrations on programmers and modules.
• Verify performance of the instrument by running calibration standards.

 

The option of using a regularly scheduled maintenance call for an emergency call if a breakdown occurs during the plan period. Any additional calls needed will be billed at a reduced rate. 20% Discount on Parts used during service call.

 

Unlimited phone support for trouble shooting minor instrument or operation problems.

 

The rates apply for one programmer and its modules. Additional systems can be added to the plan for $660.00 per system but requires that all maintenance calls be performed at the same time.
